To join PsychicOz.com is absolutely free! Plus, the first three minutes are free for new clients with their first deposit! You also do not need to worry about connection time because we give one free minute with every call you make to our psychics!

When do I get first three minutes free?

First three minutes are free only for new clients who made their first deposit. However, all our clients have one minute free for each call. That means you will never be charged for your connection time!

I am having problems logging in.

Will I get first one minute Free with every phone reading?

Yes, you will.

What is online status?

Online Status is indicated by a small green circle next to a psychic username. It lets you know that a psychic is currently logged in to PsychicOz's website and is ready to answer quickly to our customers. We display our online psychics on top of search results. See picture below:

What is the "Notify" or "Notify Me" button?

The "Notify" button allows every client to be notified by email or text message when a psychic will be available for phone readings.

Why do I have to verify my Identity / ID?

It is a security measure designed to protect all members of our website from payment fraud and identity theft. Please submit your government issued ID like driver license or passport. After successful verification your ID will be permanently deleted.

Connecting to a Psychic by Phone

How do I connect with a psychic by phone?

You have the option to contact a psychic either by phone or by email. Check the psychic’s profile for a "Call" or "Email Reading" button. You can always check a psychic’s specific phone schedule, which is located on a psychic profile page.

How will I know when your Psychic is calling me for a reading?

Once you click on “Call now” button on our website, our system will start calling you and you will see our phone number 1-855-571-0358 on your call display. We highly recommend adding this number to your contact list.

Will you display my phone number to a psychic?

No. Psychics will not be able to see your personal phone number. We respect your privacy.

For a phone reading, when will you start deducting money from my account balance?

We deduct money when the second minute of your call starts. The first minute of your call is always free.. You then will be charged per minute.

What happens if my funds run out during my phone reading?

Whether you are in a phone or email reading, you will be offered an opportunity to extend your reading by buying more funds. After purchasing the package, you will be returned to your reading shortly. If you do not add more funds, you reading will end when your funds run out.

Will I be charged any long distance or connection fees on my phone bill?

No, as long as your incoming calls are free on your phone plan, there will be no charges.

Connecting to a Psychic by Email

How many questions can I ask a psychic per an email reading?

You can ask only 1 question per an email reading.

How do I connect with a psychic by email?

If you see an "Email" or "Email Reading" button on a psychic’s profile, it means that email readings are available. When you click on this button, you will be transferred to the email reading page that allows you send an email reading request to that psychic.

How long will it take before a psychic responds to my email reading?

Every psychic strives to answer email readings as soon as possible. If a psychic does not respond to your email reading within 72 hours, the reading will be cancelled and money will be credited back your account.

Will you display my personal email address to a psychic?

No. Psychics will not be able to see your personal email address. We respect your privacy.

Client Payment Questions

How do I make a purchase?

You can create an account and make a purchase as a new member on our website. You will have few packages options for funds to buy.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Visa, Amex and MasterCard but via PayPal website. We do not store your payment information. We will charge your account only for the amount you specify.

What is the Sign Request Billing and Payment Agreement?

It is our standard agreement for every client to sign electronically. As a client, you continue to authorize every purchase you make and you are fully protected by our refund policy explained here.

I have a promo/coupon code, how can I use it?

In order to contact a psychic, you need to request an email reading or a phone reading. Our psychics are listed by highest rank on our desktop and mobile website and rated by our clients. In addition, our psychics have different styles and areas of specialization.. We encourage you to read the psychics bios to find your best connection with a psychic.

How accurate are your psychics?

We screen and test each of our psychics for accuracy, professionalism, compassion and the desire to help you. We e constantly seek out customer feedback to ensure our psychics are providing the best services to you.

How do I sign up for your email list?

To receive news and special offer emails, you need to have a PsychicOz account. During the registration process, you may sign up for our website subscription email list.

How do I cancel my account?

This is not a subscription service, so no automatic billing will occur. Your account will be charged only when you make a purchase. Otherwise, your account is available for you to use at your convenience.
