Protect Yourself from Toxic Energy

You do not need permission to get rid of toxic negativity from your life. You have to learn to improve your mental and physical self and to allow good things to come to you. When you learn to understand that everything that happens to you is because of energy, you will see that things can be both positive and negative. You are the one that is in control of your energy and what you allow to stay in your life.

Battles

There is a battle that happens in people’s lives each day. These are opposing forces and one is good while the other one is evil. You have to understand that evil is greed, envy, anger, egotistical behavior and more. Having kindness, love, happiness, compassion, peace, and other good things is the other force.

Whatever you choose to focus on, you have to understand that each day there are going to be two battles that you have to fight. You have to focus on what is good in your life and not let toxic things hold you back from what is good.

Make sure that your aura is strong so that you can keep out negative things. Your aura has to be strong because it is what helps to protect you from negative energies reaching you and when you are feeling sad and weak, you will see that you can attract more negativity than good things.

When you are around a healer, you will find that you can clear away negative things and it is important that you keep the positive energies moving forward.  Always protect your aura so that you can have power to keep your inside house clean and your energy working.

Toxic People

You can know when someone is toxic when you are around them. You will see that they ignore what you need, and they do what pleases themselves. You can be influenced by the judgements that they put on you but know that you need to stop and think if they are being selfish or if they are trying to manipulate you.

Do not give negative people in your life a chance to make you feel bad about who you are. Choose to spend little time with these people and shield yourself from their negative energy. Let the ideas reflect who you want to be and not who they are.

When you are cleaning your house, let any negative energies leave you and get rid of them. Learn to forgive and learn to release yourself from the burdens that they caused you. If you had a bad parent, release them, and let the energies be better.

Toxic Things and Activities

Do not let toxic people influence you and do not let negative energies come to you. If you are obsessing over things that you have went through or if you are worried about things happening in the world, stop letting it happen. Stop checking the news each day and stop being worried about political things. If there is a natural disaster, you cannot stop this, learn to be happy anyways.

You will always meet people that are prettier and that are more successful than you but do not let this make you miserable. Make sure that you are doing what you can do to make you happy and to make a difference for others such as volunteering or helping other people.

Make a list of things that you enjoy doing and make sure that your happy list is longer than your negative list. Here are some things that you need to look at for and things you need to stop saying such as:

  • Life is overbearing.
  • I cannot be happy.
  • I am too old.
  • I only have bad things happen to me.
  • I don’t have time to do things I want to in life.
  • Our world is scary.

Learn to get rid of negative things and start to have positive affirmations for yourself. Learn to love who you are and care for what you want and need in your life. Give yourself permission to do activities that bring you happiness. Release yourself from being around negativity and stop always trying to please others but please yourself. Let go of relationships that are not fulfilling in your life.

  2. Is it really feasible to just ‘stop checking the news’ or ‘avoid toxic people’? The world doesn’t stop being complex because we want it to.

    • I agree with Martha. Life’s complexities can’t simply be switched off like a light. It’s important to be realistic about our struggles.

  3. According to recent psychological studies, maintaining a positive aura and shielding oneself from negative energy can significantly enhance mental well-being. This advice aligns well with contemporary scientific understanding.

  4. Sure, I’ll just tell my toxic boss that I’m focusing on my aura today. I’m sure that will go over well. Seriously though, I wish it were this simple.

  5. This article provides a refreshing perspective on managing negativity. It’s empowering to know that we have the ability to control our energy and remove toxic elements from our lives.
