Tea Recipes to Help Make You Stronger in Your Mind, Body and Soul

Tea is a drink that has been around for years and is one that can be drunk during anytime of the day. It can be black, green, with or without caffeine and can be something that you drink to help wake you up. Tea can do many great things for your health.

Goodness of Tea

Tea can be very healthy and depending on the color, it can have different benefits. White and green tea have a lot of antioxidants that can keep you strong and black tea can help you to have strength throughout the day.

The greatest thing about tea is that you can have many benefits from it, and it can help you even to sleep well.

Tea to Help You Focus

  • Use 1 part for the flowers of sage.
  • Use 1 part of yarrow leaves.
  • Use 1 part of calendula.
  • Use 1 part mint.
  • Use a tea bag or ball.
  • Add boiling water.

Sleeping Tea

  • Use 1-part mug wort
  • Use 1 part jasmine
  • Use 1 part peppermint
  • Use 2 parts rose
  • Use ½ part cinnamon
  • Use a tea bag, ball or diffuser.
  • Add boiling water.

Healthy Skin

  • Use 1.5 cups of Epsom salt
  • Use ½ cup powdered milk.
  • Use ½ cup rose.
  • 6 tsp of cacao tea.
  • 20 drops of cacao essential oils.
  • Use ½ cup Himalayan pink salt.
  • Use a tea bag or ball.

Mix the powdered milk with the salts and the rose. Add the essential oils. Scoop the mix into the tea bag or ball. Seep your tea in hot water.

Hydration Hair Tea Mask

  • Use 1 cup of water.
  • Use 1 cup of dried chamomile flowers.
  • Greek Yogurt according to hair length.
  • 6 Chamomile tea bags.
  • 2 T. honey.
  • 2 T. coconut oil.

Boil the tea flowers and let it sit for 5 minutes. Combine the other ingredients in a bowl to make a paste. Add the tea to the mixture. Put on hair and lave for 2 hours. Rinse and shampoo as normal.

Tea for Stress Relief

  • Use 3 cups of hot water.
  • Add lemon balm.
  • 2 T. of lavender
  • 1 T. of honey.

Boil the water and pour over the lemon balm and add the lavender. Seep for 10 minutes and add honey. Drink.

Tea for a Sore Throat

  • 1 t. ground ginger.
  • 2 t. honey.
  • 5 cups of boiling water.
  • Lemon

Put your hot water into the mug and mix in all of the ingredients. Drink.

Spiced Tea

  • 5 ounces of black tea.
  • Use ½ lemon.
  • 6 cloves.
  • 1 vanilla
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • ½ orange.

Peel off the skin of orange and lemon or add dry zest to your cup. Grind the cloves and cinnamon and add to the bowl. Add the vanilla and mix the ingredients. Seep and drink.

Holiday Tea

  • Use ½ cup of peppermint tea.
  • ½ cup of cocoa powder.
  • 2 T. of cacao nibs.

Put the cocoa powder in a small bowl and stir in the peppermint tea. Keep it in a tight container until ready to use. Brew it with boiled water and let it sit for 10 minutes. Use sweetener if you want to spice up the sweetness.
