If you are a psychic or want to increase your psychic gifts, you need to start eating better.  Eating things like fish, vegetables, watercress, avocado, smoked foods, and other healthy foods can help to open up the spiritual realm even more than ever before.

Living a good life and having a healthy diet can help you to expand your mind and make connecting to the spiritual world easier. Foods are used to keep us alive, but they are also used to enhance our gifts and to bring better memories and learning power to our bodies.

Some psychics believe that you should stay away from fattening foods, fried foods, processed foods, and sugar because sugar is bad both for the body and for the emotions.

Always try to drink fresh fruit drinks and vegetable drinks so that you can open up your connection.  Have a nice meal of fruits and vegetables before you meditate so that you can have a clear mind.  Make sure that your body gets a lot of nutrients and that you eat things that are easy to digest.

When you cook meat, try to steam, or grill it and try to stay away from red meat. The brain allows us to have neurotransmitters, but the way that they work can depend partly on what kind of nutrition we put in our body.  Therefore, the body and the mind are affected by the foods we eat.

One of the most powerful neurotransmitters is acetylcholine and this is Vitamin B in the brain that allows people to have a better memory and better learning abilities.  You can boost these learning abilities by eating the right foods.
