This payment policy forms part of the Terms and Conditions and is incorporated by reference therein.
You have accepted this Payment Policy part of the Terms and Conditions when you have registered as a member of PsychicOz.com website.
By agreeing to this Payment Policy you hereby authorize PayPal, Inc., PayPal CA Limited, and PayPal Pte. Ltd. (collectively "PayPal"), PsychicOz Inc. (aka PsychicOz.com) and its’ credit card processing company to charge my PayPal account/credit card(s)/bank account(s) for services provided by PsychicOz Inc.
To purchase any goods and/or services on our website, You must also be (a) at least eighteen (18) years of age or the applicable state age of majority, whichever is older (b) a natural person (no corporations, partnerships or other legal entities. Prior to the purchase of any services on our website, You must provide us with a valid credit card number and associated payment information including all of the following: (i) your name as it appears on the card, (ii) your credit card number, (iii) the credit card type, (iv) the date of expiration and (v) any activation numbers or codes needed to charge your card. By submitting that information to us, you hereby agree that you authorize us to charge your card at our convenience but within thirty (30) days of credit card authorization.
Dispute Related Fees and Costs
Within 60 days of the date of any event giving rise to a dispute, you must notify us in writing of such dispute, including a dispute over any charges and any services we provided, or you will have waived your right to dispute the charge or such services, or to bring or participate in any legal action raising any such dispute.
If we reasonably decide to retain an attorney or debt collector to enforce this Agreement, the prevailing party will be entitled to an award of all reasonable fees and costs, including reasonably incurred attorney fees, administrative fees, and technical fees, regardless of whether a judgment is rendered or suit is ever filed.

Additional Reasons for a Refund
PsychicOz Inc. reserves the right in its sole discretion to terminate a transaction in order to fulfill credit card industry regulations, payment processor and banking procedures, or in an effort to accommodate legal requests.
If a breach of our Member Agreement, customer error, technical issue or potential fraudulent transaction has been brought to our attention, PsychicOz Inc. may also choose to issue a refund.

Countries Not Eligible for Payment Processing
Currently, we do not accept payments from Afghanistan, Albania, Algeria, Andorra, Angola, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Bolivia, Cuba, Ecuador, Egypt, Gabon, Gambia, India, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Kuwait, Kyrgyzstan, Mexico, Mongolia, Niger, Nigeria, Pakistan, Panama, Papua New Guinea, Paraguay, Philippines, Somalia, South Africa, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Uruguay, Uzbekistan, Viet Nam, Yemen, Zambia and Zimbabwe.
CLIENTS PAYPAL FUNDING SOURCE USE
When PsychicOz Inc. charges your PayPal account, PayPal will always attempt to withdraw funds from your PayPal balance first. If funds in your balance are insufficient, PayPal will look for and attempt to charge a Preferred Funding Source that you have set up for this Billing Agreement. If the Preferred Funding Source fails (for example, a credit card expires), then PayPal will use other available funding sources within your PayPal account.
You will be able to select or deselect a Preferred Funding Source, and to enable or disable other funding sources, both within the enrollment flow, and at any time through the Direct Payments link under the Account Profile tab when you log in to the PayPal website.
Modifications
PsychicOz Inc. may change our fee schedule at any time and the new fee schedule shall be enforce immediately upon publication of the same on our web site or upon notice to you via email.
