Connecting Clients With Carefully Screened Psychics

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and PsychicOz Inc. (“PsychicOz,” “we,” “us” or “our”) governing your access to and use of PsychicOz.com, related applications, communications systems, account features and services (collectively, the “Platform”).
These Terms apply to visitors, registered clients who request or purchase readings (“Clients”) and independent psychic service providers who offer readings through the Platform (“Psychics”). Clients and Psychics may collectively be called “Users.”
By creating an account, clicking to accept these Terms, purchasing or providing a reading, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
The following policies form part of these Terms and are incorporated by reference:
Psychics may also be subject to provider rules, compensation terms, operating standards and other written requirements made available through their account or provider agreement. If a specific provider agreement conflicts with these general Terms on a provider-only matter, the specific provider agreement controls for that matter.
If these Terms conflict with the Payment Policy concerning purchases, reading charges, refunds or account credits, the Payment Policy controls for that payment-related issue unless applicable law requires otherwise.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, and legally capable of entering a binding agreement to create a paying account, purchase services or provide readings through PsychicOz.
You may not use the Platform if your access is prohibited by applicable law, sanctions, trade restrictions or a prior suspension or termination that has not been reversed by PsychicOz. The Platform may not be available in every country or region.
You must provide accurate, current and complete registration information. PsychicOz may request reasonable identity, age, payment or business verification to protect Users, prevent fraud, meet payment-provider requirements or comply with law.
PsychicOz operates a technology platform that enables Clients to find and communicate with independent Psychics. Available formats may include phone, online chat, video and email readings.
Psychics are independent service providers and are not employees, partners or agents of PsychicOz solely because they use the Platform. Psychics control the content and manner of their readings, subject to these Terms, applicable provider rules and law.
PsychicOz may screen applicants, verify certain information, conduct test readings, review communication and professionalism, and monitor service quality through client feedback and account activity. Screening supports platform standards but does not guarantee a Psychic’s abilities, credentials, accuracy, predictions or suitability for a particular Client.
Psychic readings are personal experiences offered for entertainment and general guidance. Results, interpretations and experiences vary from person to person. PsychicOz and Psychics do not guarantee predictions, outcomes, reconciliation, financial results or any other particular result.
The Platform and readings are not substitutes for qualified medical, mental-health, legal, financial, tax or other licensed professional services. Users should seek an appropriately qualified professional for decisions requiring professional advice.
Psychics must not diagnose or treat health conditions, prescribe medication, provide legal representation, manage investments, guarantee outcomes, or claim the ability to provide winning lottery, gambling or investment information.
Each Client may maintain only the number of accounts permitted by PsychicOz. Accounts are personal and may not be sold, transferred, shared or used to permit an ineligible person to access paid services.
You are responsible for protecting your password and access credentials and for promptly notifying PsychicOz of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account to the extent permitted by applicable law, but you are not responsible for charges that applicable law determines were unauthorized.
Do not disclose payment information, passwords, government identification or unnecessary personal information to a Psychic. Psychics must not request a Client’s password, full payment-card details, government identification or off-platform payment.
Psychic applicants must provide truthful information regarding identity, age, experience, services and qualifications. PsychicOz may approve, decline, pause or end an application or provider account based on platform needs, screening results, compliance history, service quality, fraud or safety concerns, subject to applicable law and any specific provider agreement.
Approval to use the Platform does not constitute certification, licensing or an endorsement of every statement made by a Psychic. Psychics are responsible for maintaining any licence, registration, tax account or authorization legally required for the services they provide.
Psychics are responsible for their own equipment, internet access, workspace and business expenses. Nothing in these Terms prevents a competent authority from determining the legal nature of a relationship according to applicable law.
Psychic profiles may display specialties, tools, experience, schedules, reading formats, rates and client feedback. Psychics must keep profile information accurate and must not make deceptive, unverifiable or prohibited claims.
Availability indicators and schedules are informational and may change. PsychicOz does not guarantee that a particular Psychic, format or response time will always be available.
Clients are responsible for reviewing the Psychic’s profile, current rate and available format before beginning a reading or submitting an email request.
Creating or maintaining an account does not authorize a payment. By submitting a purchase, a Client authorizes PsychicOz and its payment processors to charge the selected payment method for the amount and currency displayed and approved at checkout.
PsychicOz is not a subscription service and does not charge recurring membership fees. Account balances are not automatically replenished. A Client must separately authorize any additional purchase.
Available payment methods, purchase amounts and currencies may depend on device, location, account status and payment provider. Charges may appear as PSYCHICOZ or PSYCHICOZ INC on a bank, card or payment-account statement.

Each Psychic’s current rate is displayed on the profile and before a reading begins. Phone, chat and video readings may be charged per minute. Email readings may be charged at the fixed price displayed before submission.
For live readings, charges are calculated using the displayed rate and the Platform’s recorded session time. A Client may end a phone, chat or video reading at any time. If the available balance is exhausted, the session may end unless the Client separately authorizes another purchase.
A Psychic may request a rate change no more than once during any 30-day period. A Psychic may not change a rate while participating in an active phone, chat or video reading. An updated rate applies only to a new reading after the new rate is displayed to the Client. PsychicOz may delay, reject or reverse a requested rate change when necessary to enforce platform rules or correct an error.
PsychicOz may offer introductory promotions, free connection time, coupons, bonuses or account credits. Eligibility, participating Psychics, qualifying purchases, expiration dates and restrictions are governed by the terms displayed with the offer.
Promotional benefits generally have no refundable cash value, cannot be transferred and cannot be combined unless the offer states otherwise. PsychicOz may correct an error, prevent misuse or withdraw an offer before acceptance, subject to applicable law.
If an eligible paid reading does not connect satisfactorily, the Client must submit a request through the PsychicOz Resolution Center within 48 hours after a live reading ends or within 48 hours after a completed email reading is delivered.
The 48-hour deadline applies to eligible first and later readings. Each request is reviewed individually. Depending on the circumstances, PsychicOz may approve a full or partial refund, account credit, credit toward another reading, billing adjustment or another appropriate resolution. Submitting a request does not automatically guarantee compensation.
Refunds, account credits, unused balances, charge questions and payment disputes are governed by the Payment Policy and the Satisfaction Guarantee, together with any non-waivable rights under applicable law.
Clients must communicate respectfully and use the Platform only for lawful personal purposes. A Client must not:

Psychics must keep Client communications confidential except when disclosure is authorized by the Client, required by law, necessary to report an immediate safety risk to an appropriate authority, or permitted under the Privacy Policy and provider rules.
Eligible Clients may be invited to submit feedback after readings. Reviews reflect individual experiences and do not guarantee that another Client will have the same experience.
Reviews must be based on genuine experiences and may not contain confidential information, unlawful content, personal attacks, threats, promotional material or content unrelated to the reading. PsychicOz may moderate, decline, restrict or remove content that violates review rules or applicable law. PsychicOz will not promise publication or removal merely because a User agrees or disagrees with a review.

PsychicOz collects, uses, stores and discloses personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. Users must review that policy before using the Platform.
PsychicOz may process account information, transaction records, session metadata, email readings, chat records, support communications and other information reasonably necessary to operate the Platform, investigate complaints, enforce rules, prevent fraud and comply with law. The treatment of phone and video content, if any, must follow the Privacy Policy, applicable notices and applicable consent laws.
By providing an email address or telephone number, a User agrees to receive service-related communications. Marketing messages are sent only as permitted by law and applicable preferences. Users may unsubscribe from marketing without preventing essential account, security, transaction or legal notices.
No User may:
Psychic compensation, payment schedules, deductions, reserves, minimum payout requirements and permitted adjustments are governed by the applicable provider agreement and provider account information.
Psychics are responsible for reporting income and paying taxes, insurance, licence fees and business expenses for which they are legally responsible. PsychicOz may collect tax information, issue legally required records, withhold amounts required by law or payment rules, and reasonably delay a payout while investigating fraud, disputes, reversals or policy violations.
A Psychic must not represent that PsychicOz guarantees a particular amount of work, income, availability or Client demand.
The Platform, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, databases, features and organization, is owned by or licensed to PsychicOz and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Platform under these Terms, no ownership right is transferred to a User.
PsychicOz grants each eligible User a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose. Users may not reproduce, sell, license, modify or create derivative works from protected Platform material except with written permission or as permitted by law.
Users retain ownership of content they lawfully submit, including profile descriptions, photographs, reviews and messages. A User must have all rights and permissions necessary to submit that content.
By submitting content for display or operation of the Platform, the User grants PsychicOz a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, format, display, distribute and use that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, promote and improve the Platform and the User’s listing or participation. This licence ends when the content is deleted, except for reasonable backups, legal retention, completed transactions, dispute records and content already lawfully shared outside PsychicOz’s control.
PsychicOz may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms, infringes rights, creates legal or security risk, or is no longer relevant to an active account.
A rights holder who believes material on the Platform infringes copyright or another intellectual-property right may send a written notice to info@psychicoz.com.
The notice should identify the protected work, the allegedly infringing material and its location, the complainant’s contact information, the basis of the claim, a statement of good-faith belief and accuracy, and the complainant’s physical or electronic signature. PsychicOz may request additional information and may remove or restrict material while reviewing a complaint.
PsychicOz may maintain, update, change, suspend or discontinue a Platform feature, reading format or availability option. PsychicOz does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Planned or emergency maintenance, internet failures, provider outages, device compatibility and events outside reasonable control may affect service.
PsychicOz will not retroactively increase the rate for an active reading. Material changes affecting a completed purchase, accrued Client balance or earned Psychic compensation will be handled according to the applicable policy, provider agreement and law.
A User may stop using the Platform at any time and may request account closure subject to transaction, legal, security and record-retention requirements.
PsychicOz may warn, restrict, suspend or terminate an account when reasonably necessary because of a Terms violation, fraud, payment risk, unlawful conduct, safety concern, repeated complaints, poor service quality, inactivity, identity concerns or legal requirements. Where appropriate and legally required, PsychicOz may provide notice and an opportunity to respond.
Termination does not eliminate payment obligations, approved refunds, valid accrued compensation, confidentiality duties, intellectual-property rights, dispute provisions or other terms that by their nature should survive.
The Platform may use or link to payment processors, identity-verification services, telecommunications providers, app stores, social networks and other third parties. Their separate terms and privacy practices may apply. PsychicOz is not responsible for a third party’s independent services, content or acts, but this provision does not limit responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform and psychic services are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis. PsychicOz disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and uninterrupted availability to the extent those warranties may legally be disclaimed.
PsychicOz does not guarantee the truth, accuracy, completeness or outcome of a reading, prediction, profile statement or User communication. Nothing in these Terms excludes an express written commitment in the Payment Policy, Satisfaction Guarantee or applicable consumer law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including non-waivable consumer rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PsychicOz and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising from the Platform or a reading.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PsychicOz’s aggregate liability arising from or related to the Platform or these Terms will not exceed the greater of the amount the claimant paid to PsychicOz during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim and CAD $200. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.
To the extent permitted by law, a User agrees to indemnify PsychicOz and its directors, officers, employees and affiliates against third-party claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from the User’s unlawful conduct, infringement of another person’s rights, content submitted by the User, or material breach of these Terms.
This section does not require a consumer to indemnify PsychicOz for PsychicOz’s own negligence, breach of contract or violation of law, and it does not limit any non-waivable consumer protection.
Before starting formal proceedings, a User should submit a detailed notice through the Resolution Center. The notice should identify the account, describe the issue, provide relevant transaction information and state the requested resolution.
PsychicOz and the User agree to make reasonable good-faith efforts to resolve the matter informally for at least 30 days after receipt of a complete notice. This requirement does not prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief, preserving a limitation period, using an available small-claims process or exercising a non-waivable consumer right.
These Terms and disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable in British Columbia, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
Subject to applicable consumer law and the jurisdiction of the Civil Resolution Tribunal, Provincial Court, Small Claims Court or another tribunal with mandatory jurisdiction, the parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
If the law where a consumer resides gives the consumer mandatory rights or permits proceedings in another forum, these Terms do not remove those rights. Nothing in these Terms waives protections that cannot lawfully be waived.
You consent to entering into this agreement electronically and to receiving these Terms, transaction records, policy notices and other communications electronically. Electronic records and acceptance may have the same legal effect as paper records and handwritten signatures, subject to applicable law.
PsychicOz may deliver notices through the Platform, account dashboard, email or another contact method associated with the account. You are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information.
PsychicOz may update these Terms to reflect changes in law, services, technology, payment practices or platform rules. The revised Terms will display a new effective date.
When a change is material, PsychicOz will provide reasonable notice through the Platform, email or another appropriate method before the change takes effect where required by law. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure.
If a provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or severed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
PsychicOz’s failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. A waiver must be in writing and applies only to the specific matter stated.
A User may not assign or transfer these Terms or an account without PsychicOz’s written consent. PsychicOz may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, reorganization, financing, sale of assets or transfer of the Platform, subject to applicable law and continued protection of User rights.
These Terms and the incorporated policies constitute the entire agreement concerning their subject matter, except for a separate written provider or commercial agreement that expressly applies.
Headings are for convenience and do not limit interpretation. Words such as “including” mean “including without limitation.”
